SUBJECT: RFP-W4H–FY21-02: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR SITING AND DRILLING SUPERVISION OF FIFTY-FIVE (55) BOREHOLES IN THE NORTHERN, SAVANNAH, AND OTI REGIONS

The Cooperative Housing Foundation, doing business as Global Communities, has been selected by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to serve as the Prime Recipient for the USAID WASH for Health program. Global Communities is inviting qualified firms with experience in Boreholes Siting and Drilling Supervision, to submit proposals for the subject activity based on this Request for Proposals. Interested organizations should submit their proposals in both hard and soft copies in accordance with the language of the solicitation to the address specified. The proposals must be received no later than January 06, 2021 at 2:00 pm. Responding firms are advised that this solicitation does not in any way obligate Global Communities to make a contract award or compensate the responding firms for any costs associated with the preparation and submission of their proposals.
