WATER, SANITATION AND HYGIENE (WASH) FOR HEALTH PROJECT
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL #: WASH For HEALTH–FY21-06: DRILLING AND CONSTRUCTION OF 55NO. BOREHOLES IN NORTHERN, SAVANNA AND OTI REGIONS
Global Communities, Ghana acting on behalf of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is financially supporting the “Drilling and Construction of Boreholes in selected Districts in Northern, Savannah and Oti Regions for Communities and CHPS Compounds”. Global Communities/USAID funds this procurement from its budgetary allocation towards the provision of WASH infrastructure in Ghana.
This RFP is open to all Drilling Firms from Ghana as defined in 2 CFR 200.320 – The “Uniform Guidance” - procurement of works. Global Communities Ghana now invites sealed Proposals from eligible Drilling Firms for the Drilling and Construction of Boreholes in Savannah, Northern and Oti Regions.
Principal Information:
Proposals are invited for one or more Lots. Bids should be LOT specific. The assignment shall consist of Drilling and Construction of Boreholes, Pumping Test, Platforms Construction and Mechanization of Boreholes as indicated in the table below:

Submission of a completed proposal and all supporting documents (hard and soft copies) closes at 2:00 pm on Thursday, March 11, 2021. Address for submitting hard copy of completed Proposal is: Global Communities, Ghana, #63 Tripoli Street, East Legon, Accra; Near MJ Grand Hotel. Soft copies of the completed proposals shall be on a pendrive and shall be placed in an envelope containing the hard copy.
