Scope Of Work COVID-19 Vaccination Technical Support (CoVax) Documentary
Background
Global Communities with funding from USAID is implementing COVID-19 Vaccination Technical Support (COVAX) to increase uptake in northern Ghana, namely: Upper East, Upper West, Northern, Savannah, North-East and Oti Regions. The purpose of this activity is to provide implementation support to the Ghana Health Service (GHS) to accelerate the delivery of 5,866,502 COVID-19 vaccinations in northern Ghana per the geographic scope. This goal is consistent with the goal of the U.S. COVID-19 Global Response and Recovery Framework, which is to end the pandemic.
As at August 30, 2022 19,055,059 vaccines had been administered nationwide, with 8,251,886 persons have been fully vaccinated, including pregnant women.
Scope
Global Communities would like to tell the story of impact made through USAID’s support in the uptake of Covid-19 vaccines, highlighting the successes and challenges, nationwide. Two key CoVax communities in the Oti Region will be the focus. The short documentary will also tell the story about the uptake of other vaccines with support from USAID.

Concept
The documentary should be set in the Oti Region. It must capture a typical day in the life of a vaccinator in Guan and Biakoye communities; and the successes and challenges of the national covid-19 vaccination program with support from USAID from the perspective of the implementers from Global Communities and Ghana Health Service.

Evaluation Criteria
Quotation submitted by Persons/Media Houses will be evaluated based on their prior experience producing such thematic documentaries and realistic costs provided for carrying out the assignment.
